Meet Derek & Allison Winkle

Allison and Derek Winkle are honored to have restored a historic 133-year-old church building into a vibrant business in Farmington, Arkansas. Derek, a native of Farmington, oversees financial planning and logistics for their venture, The Studio on White Street.

Allison, who began her professional photography career in 2020, has quickly risen to prominence, earning the title of 2023 Best of Northwest Arkansas in the photography category. She specializes in luxury maternity and newborn photography, becoming a leading name in Northwest Arkansas for capturing growing families.

Allison, trained by some of the leading photographers across the U.S., offers creative workshops and events to guide photographers through business ownership, newborn safety training, creative set design, lighting techniques, and more. Her mission is to provide the support and resources she wished she had as a new photographer, creating a space where the creative community can dream big and produce extraordinary work.

Together, Allison and Derek are dedicated to fostering a dynamic community of creatives in their beautifully restored Farmington studio.
